This Privacy Policy applies to the TixVault: Offline Tickets mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), developed and provided by Xianghua Mao (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”).

The Application is provided “AS IS” and is intended for offline use.

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal or non-personal user data.

Specifically:

• No user accounts are required.
• No personal information (such as name, email address, phone number, or identifiers) is collected.
• No usage analytics, tracking data, IP addresses, or device information are collected.
• No data is transmitted to any server operated by the Service Provider.
• All content and data created or imported by the user are stored locally on the user’s device only and never leave the device.

2. Device Permissions

To provide its core functionality, the Application requires access to specific features on your device. These permissions are used strictly for local processing and user-initiated actions:

• Camera: Required to allow you to take photos of physical tickets and store them locally within the Application.
• Photo Library / Storage: Required to allow you to select and import ticket screenshots or images from your device’s gallery.
• Biometrics (Face/Fingerprint): Required to enable the "Biometric Lock" feature to securely unlock the Application. Authentication is handled entirely by the device's operating system; the Service Provider never accesses or stores your biometric data.

3. Payments and Third-Party Services

The Application offers optional in-app purchases processed through the app store associated with your device (Google Play Billing for Android or Apple App Store for iOS).

Payment processing is handled entirely by these platforms in accordance with their respective Privacy Policies.

The Service Provider:

• Does not receive or store users’ payment information.
• Does not have access to transaction details such as credit card numbers, billing addresses, or account information.

4. Data Storage

All application data is stored locally on the user’s device.

The Service Provider does not operate any backend servers, cloud storage, or remote databases related to the Application.

5. Data Sharing

Because the Application does not collect any user data, no data is shared with third parties.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Since no data collection occurs, the Application is safe for general audiences from a data privacy perspective. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise their children’s device usage as appropriate.

7. Security

As the Application does not collect or transmit user data, there is no personal data stored or processed by the Service Provider that could be compromised.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the updated policy will become effective immediately upon publication.
